I really need help with this question?

My dr. sent me to a hematologist cuz my red, white cells and platelets were gradually going up over the course of 6 months. I did all the test including a bone marrow biopsy and everything came back neg. which is awesome. But My counts are still high and i still feel like crap. I am nauseated most of time especially in the morning, If i do stuff like errands, housecleaning or work i get tired and extremely weak. I don't have sleep apnea, I don't have diabetes. All other test turn out fine except for my red, white cells and platelets. I dont have any other pain or any other symptoms. I know i have an infections somewhere, but why would my red cells and platelettes be high also? Any Clue what this could be?? Plz. help I will be going back to my reg. dr. so we can figure this out and hopefully i get better. Any suggestions plz. help.
