I broke the fourth bone of my metacarpal, the doctors haven't fix it properly yet can or should i sue them?

Are you seriously trying to say that you are 50% disabled because you broke your knuckle? That's kinda lame and trying to get disability for that is just downright shameful. What type of work did you do that you lost your job because of it? I do not know how things work in Japan, but it sounds ridiculous to be able to get a 50% disability just because you have a broken knuckle that has not healed.
