Seriously you need none of them to be a doctor! Your thinking of the upper cl doctors on tv, but becoming a real one is far easier. Take a smaller job within the NHS, why not become a paramedic or porter at your hospital. Then join an NHS training scheme and learn on the job. No years behind, no one pressurising you, do it all at your own pace.
