Why are my website's images loading slowly?

My website is www.naiveglow.com and my images in my portfolio sections are loading super slow. The file size of each image is under 100k. When I save them for Web & Devices in Photoshop the estimated loading time is really long even though the file size is small. How on earth is that possible? I am using Lightbox 2.0, but have never had problems with it before. And also I'm not sure how to explain Photoshop's estimated loading time when I try to optimize my images. Any help to make my images load quicker is much appreciated! Thanks!
