Movin out my moms house need advice !?

Ok from my job i saved up money to move to an apartment between 800-1000$ and im plannin to move out on nov, im rentin a apartment by the college ima go too, but how much would the electricity an water bill be for a 1 bed and 1 bathroom apartment? And like food and stuff ? I havent told my fam ima move because they drive me crazy and gotta finally get out of here. I'm 20 n hispanic that lives in CT
