I really need help with this question?

My dr. sent me to a hematologist cuz my red, white cells and platelets were gradually going up over the course of 6 months. I did all the test including a bone marrow biopsy and everything came back neg. which is awesome. But My counts are still high and i still feel like crap. I am nauseated most of time especially in the morning, If i do stuff like errands, housecleaning or work i get tired and extremely weak. I don't have sleep apnea, I don't have diabetes. All other test turn out fine except for my red, white cells and platelets. I dont have any other pain or any other symptoms. I know i have an infections somewhere, but why would my red cells and platelettes be high also? Any Clue what this could be?? Plz. help I will be going back to my reg. dr. so we can figure this out and hopefully i get better. Any suggestions plz. help.

Concentration tips?

It seems I can only concentrate later at night, when everything's calm and more collected. Daytime is just too chaotic. Why are my website's images loading slowly?

My website is www.naiveglow.com and my images in my portfolio sections are loading super slow. The file size of each image is under 100k. When I save them for Web & Devices in Photoshop the estimated loading time is really long even though the file size is small. How on earth is that possible? Just buy at Walmart. Even if you bought a full ammo can (1000rds) if you do the math and add in the shipping it comes out the same. Buying in bulk doesn't save you like it used to. Is my dog having seizures?

I'm no vet, but I believe my 8 year old female English Bulldog (Gracie) is having seizures... She had an "episode" about a year ago while she was being watched by my wife's friend (Holly). Holly called us and said how Gracie was "shaking and was stiff". Gracie also threw up around the same time. Now tonight when my wife and I got home from work, Gracie was up on the couch and she was shaking and stiff. The "shaking" was more like excessive twitching. She was very wide-eyed and was drooling quite badly. After she quit shaking she wanted down off the couch so I helped her down but when she tried walking across the room, she was stumbling all over as if she was drunk. She made it to the kitchen where she sat down and my wife and I rubbed her all over to calm her down and after about 5 minutes, she was back to normal like nothing ever happened. Any dog experts or veterinarians that know about this kind of thing please advise. By the way, we're making an appointment at the vet for her tomorrow morning. Thanx.

Ok, so here's the deal. I run alot, and about a month ago, my calf started hurting really bad. I don't know what it was from. For awhile, the pain stayed the same. I had pain in the middle of my calf and my achilles. A week ago, my coach said my achilles was swelled and I have swelling in my calf (also said last week.) Now, the pain has gotten MUCH WORSE. It hurts to run fast and I'm having problems in my work outs. I don't know if I have a pinch nerve or a torn muscle or pulled or something. It hurts to walk up stairs and run, it's sore when I walk. Does anybody know anything about Power Movers moving company in Jersey and New York area?

I wish I would have seen the previous post before I had them move my items yesterday. Unfortunatly I had a similar experience with them as well, they gave me a quote for moving for $425 and it ended up being $1600. The $425 is the labor that is involved in the move, the rest of the money came from "supplies", like $75 for a medium sized box. If you notice in the quote that they gave you they say that these items are extra, what they don't tell you is how much they are itemized until they get there and are rushing you through the contract, and also that you have to wrap these certain items, with their supplies of course, you wouldn't normaly wrap or they won't take them. Unfortunately under diress I did sign the contract, so in the end it was my own fault for not taking the time out, but they inflated the prices ridiculously. Also the Better Business Bureau has only recognized them in the last month, they said most likely they are a company that changes their name often so that these posts won't follow them. The guys that moved us did a fine job, I don't blame them for what happened. Also on a side note, the truck that they were driving broke down and started smoking on the highway down to drop the items off, it didn't have working windshield wipers or seat belts in it. Please if I could say one thing DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

PSTD is a hard thing and can hurt everyone around that person, the only advice I have for you would to be to try to stick by her tell her you love her and understand when people lash out like that its just because there in so much pain. After this she did not show up at the place of exchange (police dept). I filed a report. The officer told me she was removed from that apartment and went back to her parents. They didn't want her so she went to a shelter. The shelter called dcfs. She went to the psych ward for two weeks and I received temporary custody. Now she's out and back where she was before. She's calling me almost every day. I'm trying to ignore her and find a ruthless lawyer. The baby has a full-time babysitter and a good schedule and is doing well. I'm thinking dcfs is done with this, so now someone has to go to court. The order is still in effect so I can't see my wife to drop him off with her even if I wanted to. She's running with a bad crowd. She has no job or money. I don't know what the doctors said about her. She has two other children she doesn't have custody of as well. Can I get the order dropped because she was in the psych ward? As long as that order continues nothing has to change. How can I keep my son from a bad mother?

16 month old baby doesnt talk?

I have a nearly 16 month baby who doesn't talk at all. She use to say stuff like mamma and dada and even bananna but now she doesn't say anything at all really. She babbles a lot and understands when we ask her to do something. She also points to stuff that she wants. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? I've heard that by 16 months babies are suppose to say more than 5 words? I've been concerned about this for a while but just thought that she will talk in her own time. Did the solenoid on the starter click when you tested it cause if you had lights and no clicking it sounds like the solenoid is bad. Your have power because of the lights coming on. If the solenoid is bad you will just want to get a whole new starter anyway. A new starter is usually 80 and a new solenoid is 75 (just a ballpark guess). Last thing is to check if you've got power going to the solenoid wire on the starter, this will be a small wire going to the starter and will only have voltage when the key is in the start position. If there is no voltage check the fuse going to it and then the switch is the last thing to check.

My knee is turned inwards and I have shortened Achilles tendons. Help!?

My Right knee has been turned inwards for as long as I can remember. My right foot turns out to the right and my left foot is straight. Not only is that an issue for me but I have shortened Achilles tendons in both legs. My mother told me I have always walked on my tip toes. When my feet start hurting from being on them too long I try to walk on my heels like a normal person and they my hips and knees will start hurting. They will pop and click until I start walking on my toes again. The best therapy for this has been wearing heels but I know that in the long run that will hurt me. Also I am a waitress and I'm on my feet all day at work. Walking is just becoming more difficult each week. please help. :)

RUNNING THE MILE HELP!!!?

well, in my school, i am now known as the number one girl SPRINTER. this spring, we will have to run the mile and if i cant run it in about 7:30 or maybe 8, i loose my title. i ran the 60 in about 8seconds at a cl race, and no one expected it from me. i expected to get 3-4th place, but never 1st (2nd overall because of the boys) since i have always been fast, but not number one, so how do i run the mile? Best way to treat a pneumothorax?

I had a pneumothorax in February and it healed quite nicely after being put on an oxygen drip over night but it has come back and I really don't like hospitals or surgery, consider it an irrational fear... Anyway, I was wondering if there's anything I can do to help it but I have walk 6 miles a day from college against my will otherwise I have nowhere to sleep at night and I'd hate to give it up because I'd be behind on all my work so I can't cut down on strenuous movement and I'm doing my very best to quit smoking or just cut down although my doctor said smoking had no effect on it. I get very worried when I hear the broken bit of skin on my lung flapping about when I'm lying in bed trying to sleep and I don't wanna suffocate in my sleep. What kind of throat infection is this?

It started when I was 13 or 14. At first, I noticed I had bad breath every morning when I woke up. Sometimes I would then cough up these tiny little yellow pieces of something and they smelt real bad. Year down the road, I got a mild case of geographical tongue. Now I'm 18 and in the summer, my nose got stuffed up and it's been stuffed ever since. Sometimes I can breath through it, sometimes I can't, usually in the morning after waking up. Steroid shot for tendinitis?

That sort of shot is uncomfortable, but the end results is not more pain in the shoulder. That you will like. The needle is rather long, the drug is pushed in slowly and the Dr. may even move the needle around a little while injecting the steroid. It is some what painful but mostly just uncomfortable. Yes it will feel warm, but that's normal as well. On the pain scale I'd rate it a 4 but an 8 on the uncomfortable scale. You'll be OK with it. I've had several in the same spot and I looked forward to it because of the end results. No more pain and I could get back to pumping some iron.

You should expect a c-section in the situation you are in considering the baby isn't ready and you are being induced so your body isn't ready either. You have until 2 weeks AFTER your due date to worry about being induced if I'm not mistaken and then they HAVE to induce you. You can opt to wait as long as possible for your baby to get ready. If after those two weeks your baby isn't ready, then your pregnancy becomes high-risk and it is in both your and your baby's best interest to schedule an induction. Talk to your doctor about your wishes and concerns and I'm sure you'll be able to make an informed decision and rest your nerves as well.

Almost 7 months old and has not met milestones?

My little girl will be seven months old July 29. She was only three weeks early but seems to be delayed. I took a lot of medication while I was pregnant with her because I have a child at 28 weeks at the start of the year.(All medication was under doctor supervision) When I took her to the doctor in May her head measured around 38 cm. When we went back a month later for her sixth month check up her head measured around 43 cm. The doctor wanted to watch it because it was such a jump( less than the second percentile to above the 75) We have also noticed that she has never rollen over. She has trouble holding her head up, she will not sit up even with support she just flops foward. Also, she will not put pressure on her legs, also she does not scoot. She will make eye contact, smile, and laugh. Also, she does not babble or coo. She does not respond to her name most of the time nor does she respond to no. If you have any ideas or things that I might need to talk to her doctor about PLEASE let me know. She has an appt today at 1:40.

Best small upright vacuum?

My 7 y/o daughter is a cleaning nut. She is a great helper around the house. When she was smaller she had a toy dirt devil vacuum that she loved but outgrew. When I tighten the idle RPM screw of my Hero Honda Hunk motorcycle's Constant Volume carburettor clockwise, the RPM increases. Also, surprisingly, when I tighten the br fuel intake screw clockwise, the screw becomes tight, but the number of strokes per second increases keeping the engine speed at 1000 RPM, which indicated RICHER fuel mixture. Also acceleration is better now. But If I turn anticlockwise, the screw loosens, and the mixture becomes leaner, and the number of strokes per second decreases and also poorer acceleration which proves LEANER fuel-air mixture. But all guides in the internet say that turning clockwise and tightening the br screw makes fuel air mixture more LEANER? So what is the problem? Experts please guide me.

Chances of Getting Pregnant?

11-22-10 I got my first BFP after ttc for 2 years. We tried clomid, hcg shots and even an iui nothing worked. But after I lost 30 lbs (I have pcos) I got pregnant on my own. After I found out I was pregnant, I got my hcg levels checked and they were rising but not doubling like they are supposed to. It took 2 weeks before my doctor figured out I had an ectopic pregnancy. The embryo was lodged in the part of my tube that is inside my uterus which is much worse then being in the outer part of your tubes. I took the methotrexate shot and still have both tubes. Do you think I still have a good chance to get pregnant on my own again? It scares me that I wont get pregnant again since it took me so long in the first place. Do I have a bigger chance of losing any future pregnancies? I've had an HSG before and it was clear and also a saline sonogram where they checked my uterus and my doctor said that everything looked fine. How long do you think it would take for me to get pregnant again if ever?

Help me with my tampon nightmare?

I describe it as a nightmare because this is how trying to use tampons is working out for me. I've spoken to my friends and they use them easy-peasy with no problems. It's a completely different story for me. I use Applicator Tampons from Tampax. I've tried all positions, I've tried infront of a mirror and I still can't get the damn thing in. I'm not even sure if I'm putting it in the right place. It makes me so sore mucking about down there. I have to stop eventually because it becomes so painful. Why is the hole so hard to find! There is no visible hole to me which obviously makes things difficult. I just end up placing it in the area referred to in the instructions leaflet and just pushing. I was even tested for a yeast infection a few weeks ago and it came back negative. So what's the problem? Why can't I use tampons! It's driving me crazy. I just want to cry. I'm sorry, you can't melt fat just by drinking extra water. You need to exercise and cut the high calorie foods out of your diet. The water just helps all that along. You will, however, notice nicer skin and more energy after as little as a week of drinking 8-12 cups a day.

This is my second child,but I don't recall?

Being this sensitive when my last child moved and kicked me.. With this pregnancy I am severe high risk living in the hospital over 5months and can't leave till after he comes April 8th, I have lots of extra time on my hands with my lil boy here, I read to him and we listen to my gospel mp3 player together. He is so active rarely still for more than two minutes at any given time. I just get emotional sometimes teary eyed when he is just moving all over the place. I rarely miss the opportunity to grab my belly to feel him as he moves my belly around, like it is so exciting to me and I get angry because his father isn't here to go threw this with me, like he is missing out on so much, and he isn't even born yet? Am I being unrealistic and expecting to much from the Dad? He claims he will be here when the baby comes, but isn't he already missing out? He clearly has personality already, I know what foods make him move and more hyper than usual, and that dancing alone in my room mellows him down. He also doesn't like having anything or anyone putting pressure on my bell. My 10yr. old was here and I snuggled up to her where her was in my belly and her brother just got to kicking the crap out of her , she was like that's so cool and rolled over to place her hand there instead of her rear.These times are lost after birth, so do I have the right to be angry/ upset he is missing these months?
