How to put weight back on my horses top line?

She has just now started to gain weight back for the last few months because of a problem we have gotten fixed and has gained I would say about 40, 50 pounds. But its all around her ribs, barrel and chest area as well. But her top line is really bony. Anyway I can put weight back on her top line? Or just wait till she gains more?
