How do I get my lab/pit mix puppy to stop chewing on everything?

I have tried everything from: chew toys, obiedence cles, to putting him in a kennel at night and its getting worse to where he gets into the pantry and is eating our food and now is eating gl jars of baby food, he chews on our computer hard drive shoes, cell phones you name it. He eats about 15 lbs of dog food every week to a week & 1/2. I just dont know what to do anymore.
