What musicals feature music styles similar to "The Mystery of Edwin Drood"?

I'm going out for Drood in few months and I was wondering what king of musicals feature music similar to this show? I know of Oliver! already, but what else could I look at? I'm a mezzo-soprano so I will likely be auditioning for the roles of Helena and Drood, and I wanted musical references to go by in preparation.
