Backpackers & Travellers - which nationalities make the best or worst travelling companions?

Adding a funny (even relevant) travelling story would be cool. I love travelling with people from the UK. Despite the fact that they have the potential to moan & groan, they are usually good humoured, they are polite and can make a 12 hour bus trip seem a little shorter.
