Does it drive anyone else nuts when you write out a long email only for it not to go through?

I just wrote out a long email to a contact I was advised to email in my job search, only to get the mailer daemon saying my message was undeliverable because the mailbox was not found. And my original message was not saved or included in this daemon bullhockey because of my stupid university account so I lost it all. ARGGGGGGGGHHHHH. I did some internet searching and found the woman I was attempting to contact has a new email address now so I have to retype it ALL (and yes it was looooong). yes I know I should have saved a draft dammit
