Rooster Webster Jr. you are a terrible person. It is never right to kill another human being regardless of cirstance. Also you are ignorant or misinformed because it cost less to keep a criminal in prison their whole life then to go through all of the court proceedings apealing a death sentence and then executions are very expensive. It IS CHEAPER to keep them alie in jail that is a fact. Also taxpayer money has nothing to do with a human life.
