I hurt my foot :( idk what to do or what could be wrong with it.........?

this kid whos smaller than me stepped on my foot with cleats on .....i was bare foot. It is really swollen. its on the left side of my left foot. My pinkie toe is completly reddish-purple. and it started to bruise really fast. Also when i lifet my foot on the side, like withouut having it lifted off the ground, it makes a noise. It sounds like it coming from between my pinkie toe joint and my foot. Should i go to the orthopedic or can someone please tell me what could possibly be wrong. ohh yeaa i am also fragile. I break bones really easily. In the past 2 years i torn my ACL, dislocated my knee cap and broke my elbow ( i fell at soccer ) please help me..... thxx
