Is it okay to ultimately banish my Aunt Pesca from my home for eating a chocolate cake...?

uhhh well that is a bit extreme. I mean she only ate a cake for goodness sake!! If my mum and dad had disowned me for eating a cookie when I shouldn't of, that would have been a bit harsh don't you think? Just tell her not to do it again.
