The Noah incident is bullcrap?

The story of Noah is a rip off of the Epic of Gilgamesh. It was almost probably borrowed during the time of the Babylonian Captivity when the Israelites were trying to build a mythology for their religion. People who attempt to prove that the story of Noah was historical are seriously deluded and should just be ignored or, if necessary, laughed out of the discussion.
