Overdue and baby didnt even drop down?

If you're not dialted and the baby hasn't dropped then being induced is not setting you up for an unfortunate c-section. You should expect a c-section in the situation you are in considering the baby isn't ready and you are being induced so your body isn't ready either. You have until 2 weeks AFTER your due date to worry about being induced if I'm not mistaken and then they HAVE to induce you. You can opt to wait as long as possible for your baby to get ready. If after those two weeks your baby isn't ready, then your pregnancy becomes high-risk and it is in both your and your baby's best interest to schedule an induction. Talk to your doctor about your wishes and concerns and I'm sure you'll be able to make an informed decision and rest your nerves as well.
