Should bill clinton be president again?

i'm not american but i think bill clinton should be president again, as a kid i saw him on tv and thought he was funny but not comedy funny, like a kind of respectful funny and i know he banged an intern an all, but i think all in all he was a good prez certainly the best in the last few elections from like 1980 till now lol, just my thoughts but i think it would be good because he had as well as economic smarts
