Should i tell them? or not...?

The only way out i see for you is to become independent and get away from those people, or you will become crazy or do something you may not have time to regret. Get a part-time job, a place to stay when not in college (and a few room-mates maybe) and take your life into your own hands. I know it's scary but it can't get much worse for you and I really think you would find happiness and your sense of self-esteem in supporting yourself, doing whatever you please and not having to account to anyone for it.
